Naturopathy and Ayurveda are alternative therapies that have recently come to light as possible ways to alleviate CF symptoms and delay the disease's progression, while mainstream treatments concentrate on symptom management and disease progression slowing. an exhaustive examination of the therapeutic methods utilized by Ayurveda and Naturopathy in their treatment of Cystic Fibrosis patients. Natural therapies like medicines, dietary changes, cleansing, and breathing exercises are used to restore optimal function and balance the body's doshas, according to the main principles of Ayurveda and Naturopathy. There is talk of the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and respiratory effects of Ayurvedic remedies, which include herbal formulations such as Turmeric (Curcuma longa), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), and Pippali (Piper longum). Hydrotherapy, nutritional supplements, and detoxification procedures are some of the naturopathic treatments that are studied for their potential to improve CF patients' gut health and lung function.
