Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, high-quality manuscripts that have not been published previously and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The journal welcomes contributions from researchers, academicians, professionals, policymakers, and practitioners that present significant theoretical, empirical, methodological, or practical insights within the scope of the journal. All submitted manuscripts should demonstrate academic rigor, originality, clarity, and relevance to the discipline.

Manuscripts should be prepared in clear and concise English using a standard word-processing format such as Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx). The manuscript should include a title, author information, abstract, keywords, main text, acknowledgements (if applicable), funding information (if applicable), conflict of interest declaration, references, tables, and figures. Authors should ensure that the title accurately reflects the content of the paper and that the abstract provides a concise summary of the objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions. A set of relevant keywords should accompany the abstract to facilitate indexing and discoverability.

The main body of the manuscript should be logically organized with appropriate headings and subheadings. Depending on the nature of the study, research articles typically include sections such as Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References. Review articles, conceptual papers, case studies, technical notes, and short communications may follow structures appropriate to their respective formats while maintaining clarity and coherence.

All submissions must be original works of the authors. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts do not contain plagiarism, fabricated data, falsified results, or any form of academic misconduct. Proper acknowledgment must be given to all sources of information through accurate citations and references. The journal may employ plagiarism detection software to evaluate the originality of submitted manuscripts, and submissions exceeding the journal’s acceptable similarity threshold may be returned for revision or rejected.

Authors should follow a recognized citation and referencing style as prescribed by the journal. All references cited within the text must appear in the reference list, and all entries in the reference list must be cited within the manuscript. Authors are encouraged to cite recent, relevant, and high-quality scholarly literature to support their work.

Tables, figures, graphs, illustrations, and photographs should be clearly labeled, numbered consecutively, and appropriately referenced within the text. Images and graphical materials should be of high resolution and should not violate copyright laws. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material where necessary.

Where applicable, authors should include statements regarding ethical approval, informed consent, and compliance with relevant ethical standards for research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data. Research funded by external agencies should include appropriate funding acknowledgements. Any potential conflicts of interest, financial or otherwise, that could influence the research should be clearly disclosed.

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made substantial intellectual contributions to the conception, design, execution, analysis, or interpretation of the research. All authors should approve the final version of the manuscript before submission and agree to its publication. Changes to authorship after submission may require written consent from all listed authors and approval by the editorial office.

The journal follows a peer-review process to ensure the quality and integrity of published research. Submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their suitability for the journal’s scope and quality standards. Manuscripts meeting the preliminary requirements are sent for peer review. Based on reviewers’ comments, manuscripts may be accepted, accepted with minor revisions, accepted with major revisions, or rejected. Authors are expected to respond to reviewer comments professionally and submit revised manuscripts within the stipulated time.

Acceptance of a manuscript is based on originality, scientific quality, methodological soundness, clarity of presentation, significance of findings, and relevance to the journal’s objectives. The editorial board reserves the right to make editorial corrections to improve readability and consistency while preserving the scientific content of the manuscript.

Authors retain responsibility for the accuracy of all information, data, references, and statements presented in their manuscripts. The opinions expressed in published articles are solely those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the editors, reviewers, publisher, or affiliated institutions.

Upon acceptance, authors may be required to complete copyright or publishing license documentation in accordance with the journal’s publication policy. Depending on the journal’s licensing model, articles may be published under an appropriate open-access license or traditional copyright agreement.

Authors are encouraged to provide ORCID iDs, institutional affiliations, and valid email addresses to enhance transparency and facilitate scholarly communication. Where available, datasets, supplementary materials, software code, and research instruments supporting the study may be submitted alongside the manuscript to promote reproducibility and open science practices.

The editorial office reserves the right to reject manuscripts that fail to comply with these guidelines or fall outside the scope of the journal. Authors are encouraged to carefully review all submission requirements before submitting their manuscripts to ensure a smooth and efficient review and publication process.
